This type of compression fittings are developed according to years' experience in humidification installation projects.
Traditionally, for using stainless steel fittings to connect tubes(including stainless stell tube, PE tube, PA tube), customers like to stainless steel material compression ring to fix.
But in practical operation works, we find that the stainless steel compression is too hard to surround the tubes tightly due to the hardness of stainless steel material and after working some times, the vibration of tube in system also could loose the ring.
Then we introduce developed brass compression ring to fix the tube, what ever the PE, PA tube or SS tube, the "soft" brass could surround the tube tightly without any leakage even after standing the vibration in the system, what's more, after testing, the brass compression could work under max. pressure as 150bar and this pressure are meet about 80% of the humidification system projects.
Tips: brass compression ring as seal for fresh water only, if the liquid is other chemical, customers need still use the stainless steel compression ring; if working pressure over 200 bar, for safe using, customers need to use stainless steel material ring; if the system works close to the sea, customers should choose the stainless steel material as well.
